大乘G60s
2018年9月，吴潇（众泰汽车前董事长、大乘汽车现任董事局主席吴建中的儿子）在北京召开了品牌发布会，在发布会上吴潇发布了“大乘”品牌，同大乘品牌一起发布的还有三款已具备量产条件的车型，包括两款SUV-G70s、G60s和一款微型电动车E20。
而吴潇之所以能在如此短的时间内搞定从设计到生产的所有环节和吴建中有着密不可分的关系。
2014年，吴建中在担任众泰汽车董事长期间上马了众泰-大迈项目，同时开工建设常州金坛生产基地用来生产大迈车型。
2017年5月，吴潇创立的江苏金坛长荡湖新能源科技有限公司与江西江铃集团轻型汽车有限公司签订重组协议，成为了其控股股东。
2017年6月众泰汽车成功在A股上市，但是常州金坛生产基地并没有纳入众泰汽车的资产，而是被剥离出来并且成立了独立公司“江苏金坛汽车工业有限公司”，而这家公司的董事长正是吴建中。
2017年10月，江西大乘汽车科技产业园在抚州开工建设，吴建中作为科技产业园项目负责人出席了开工仪式。
2018年1月，江铃轻汽正式更名为江西大乘汽车有限公司。
2018年7月26日，江苏金坛长荡湖新能源科技有限公司变更为大乘汽车有限公司。
2018年12月29日，江西大乘汽车科技产业园就竣工投产并实现了整车下线。
而其所发布的三款车也基本可以认定为众泰的换壳车型，G70s-大迈X7、G60s-大迈X5、E20-众泰芝麻。

Dacheng G60s
In September 2018, Wu Xiao (son of Wu Jianzhong, former chairman of Zotye Auto and current chairman of Dacheng Motor) held a launch conference in Beijing. At the conference, Wu Xiao unveiled the Dacheng brand, and three, including two SUV-G70s & G60s and a micro electric car-E20.
The reason why Wu Xiao can got all the links from design to production in such a short time is closely related to his father-Wu Jianzhong.
In 2014, while Wu Jianzhong as the chairman of Zotye Auto, Wu Jianzhong started the Zotye Domy Project and started build the Changzhou Jintan Production Base for Domy models.
In May 2017, Jiangsu Jintan Changdanghu New Energy Technology Co., LTD. which founded by Wu Xiao, signed a restructuring agreement with Jiangxi Jiangling Group Light Vehicle Co., Ltd. and became its controlling shareholder.
In June 2017, Zotye Auto was successfully listed in the A-share market, but Changzhou Jintan Production base was not included in Zotye Auto's assets, it was spun off and set up an independent company "Jiangsu Jintan Automobile Industry Co., LTD."，this company's chairman is Wu Jianzhong.
In October 2017, in jiangxi Fuzhou（江西抚州）, the construction of Jiangxi Dacheng Automobile Science and Technology Industrial Park began . Wu Jianzhong attended the groundbreaking ceremony，as the project leader of the science and technology Industrial Park, .
In January 2018, Jiangxi Jiangling Group Light Vehicle Co., Ltd changed its name to Jiangxi Dacheng Automobile Co., LTD.
On July 26, 2018, Jiangsu Jintan Changdanghu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. changed into Mahayana Automobile Co., LTD.
On December 29, 2018, Jiangxi Dcheng Automobile Science and Technology Industrial Park was completed and the complete vehicle production line.
The three models released by the Dacheng company can be identified as Zotye replacement models, G70s-Domy X7, G60s-Domy X5, and E20-Zotye Sesame(芝麻).
