克莱斯勒 大捷龙
台湾“中华汽车”隶属于台湾裕隆集团，由裕隆汽车创办人严庆龄于1969年建立，初期以技术合作的方式负责生产三菱系列商用车。1986年，三菱自动车工业株式会社、三菱商事株式会社投资公司，各取得19%及6%股权，此后中华汽车便开始为三菱代工生产。1995年，中华汽车与福建省汽车工业集团公司在福建福州以合资模式设立东南汽车，随后三菱向该公司导入了得利卡、戈蓝、兰瑟、翼神、君阁、风迪思等多款车型。
1998年，克莱斯勒与德国戴姆勒-奔驰公司合并，成立奔驰-戴姆勒·克莱斯勒；其为了拓展亚洲市场，在2000年3月至2001年4月期间通过收购股份最终成为三菱汽车最大股东。因为与三菱汽车的亲密关系，中华汽车也引入克莱斯勒的客车在台湾代工生产。在台湾市场上，克莱斯勒的生产和销售遵循两条路线：生产委托台湾中华汽车代工，销售则由克莱斯勒和中华汽车合资的台湾克莱斯勒负责。
2004年10月，北汽与戴-克完对原北京吉普进行重组并投产了克莱斯勒300C、克莱斯勒铂锐（第三代赛百灵）之后克莱斯勒还想要在国内投产大捷龙，但是北汽方面并无制造客车的经验。于是，在台湾中华汽车的穿针引线下，东南汽车和美国克莱斯勒达成技术合作协议（东南汽车的中方股东-福建汽车工业集团是金龙客车的控股股东）。
2007年9月和2007年11月，克莱斯勒大捷龙和道奇凯领两款汽车先后在东南汽车下线上市，东南克莱斯勒在大陆的生产和销售也遵循了台湾模式：即生产上委托东南汽车代工，而销售则由克莱斯勒负责。

Chrysler Voyager
Taiwan "CHINA-MOTOR CMC" belongs to Taiwan Yulon Group, and established in 1969 by Yim Qingling-the founder of Yulon Motor, in the early time CMC produce Mitsubishi commercial vehicles by the technical cooperation. In 1986, Mitsubishi Auto Industrial Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation Investment Co., Ltd acquired 19 percent and 6 percent of the shares each other, since then, China Motor has been contracted to manufacture for Mitsubishi. In 1995, CMC and Fujian Automobile Industry Group set up the Southeast Automobile in Fuzhou in joint venture mode, and then Mitsubishi introduced a number of models to the company, such as Delica\Galant\Lancer\Feng Shen\Zinger\Fengdisi and so on.
In 1998, Chrysler merged with Daimler-Benz，and renamed Daimler-Chrysler . In order to expand into the Asian market, they buying shares between March 2000 and April 2001，and became the largest shareholder of Mitsubishi Motors eventually. Because of its close relationship with Mitsubishi Motors, CMC has also introduced Chrysler van into Taiwan. In the Taiwan market, Chrysler's production and sales follow two routes: production is commissioned by CMC, and sales by the joint venture company between Chrysler and CMC.
In October 2004, BAIC and Daimler-Chrysler reorganization of the former Beijing Jeep and producation the Chrysler 300C\Chrysler Borui(Sebring Generation 3) ，after that， Chrysler also wanted to produce van in China, but BAIC has no experience in that . Therefore, Southeast Motor and the Chrysler reached a technical cooperation agreement under the “CMC broker” (Southeast Motor's Chinese shareholder - Fujian Automobile Industry Group is the controlling shareholder of Gold Dragon Bus).
In September 2007 and November 2007, Chrysler Voyager and Dodge Caravan were launched in Southeast Automobile, both “twins” sales in mainland China followed the Taiwan model: the production was entrusted to Southeast Automobile, while the sales were control by Chrysler.
