三江雷诺塔菲克
三江雷诺是法国雷诺和中国航天科工其下三江航天集团在1994年斥资9800万美元组建的商用车项目，该项目以CKD半散件组装的方式生产塔菲克客车。
2001年，三江集团与华晨合资以50:50的股权比例成立“航天华晨集团”，航天华晨获得三江雷诺的中三江集团全部股权。
2002年，华晨集团董事长仰融外逃美国，航天华晨项目破产。
2003年，珠海华晨与德隆控股进行商业合作将其持有的航天华晨股份转让给湘火炬。
2004年3月，德隆资金链断裂，湘火炬项目也随之搁浅。
2004年6月，法国雷诺集团总裁路易·施伟泽访问北京期间，宣布雷诺将与东风集团建立汽车合资企业。德隆随即将湘火炬持有的航天火炬雷诺股份转让给航天科工、沈阳航天新光集团有限公司，三江雷诺中的中资股份兜兜转转又一次回到了航天科工的手上。
2013年12月5日，在雷诺与三江、东风达成一致后，有关方面批准了东风雷诺公司的成立，三江得到了新合资公司的股份，同时就地改组成为东风雷诺的发动机、变速箱生产厂商。

Sanjiang Renault Trafic
Sanjiang-Renault is a commercial vehicle project established by Renault and Sanjiang Aerospace Group of China Aerospace Science and Industry in 1994 with an investment of 98 million US dollars. This project produces Trafic by the way of CKD .
In 2001, Sanjiang Aerospace Group and Brilliance established joint venture "Aerospace Brilliance Group" with a 50:50 equity , and Aerospace Brilliance obtained all the equity which belong china in Sanjiang-Renault .
In 2002, Yang Rong ,the chairman of Brilliance Group, fled to the United States, and the Aerospace Brilliance project went bankrupt.
In 2003, Zhuhai Brilliance transferred its shares of Aerospace Brilliance to Xiang Torch Company through commercial cooperation .
In March 2004, Delong capital chain broke, the Hunan Torch project also grounded.
In June 2004, president of Renault Group announced an automobile joint venture with Dongfeng Group. Delong transferred the shares of Xiangtorch held by Aerospace-Torch -Renault to China Aerospace Science and Industry and Industry and Shenyang Aerospace New Light Group ,it is means that the Chinese shares in Sanjiang Renault back to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation .
On December 5, 2013, after Renault reached an agreement with Sanjiang and Dongfeng, local govermant approved the establishment of Dongfeng-Renault, and Sanjiang got the shares of the new joint venture company. And at the sametimes, Sanjiang-Renault factory was restructured to become Dongfeng Renault's engine and gearbox manufacturer.
