力帆 520
中国在2001年加入WTO之后汽车市场有了蓬勃的发展,一直在生产摩托车力帆希望从中分到一块蛋糕。于是在2003年8月,力帆以获得生产资质为目的收购了重庆专用汽车制造厂80%的股份。力帆将其首款产品定位于高性价比的家用紧凑型车,该车外形由上海同济同捷(国内最大的独立汽车设计公司)设计开发、底盘使用了雪铁龙的后轮随动转向技术、发动机使用的是与MINI相同的1.6L Tritec发动机(该发动机由克莱斯勒-罗孚技术联盟设计,在巴西制造)。
2004年12月15日,第一辆力帆520下线。但是很不幸的是,根据2004年国家发改委出台《汽车产业发展政策》,力帆要想独立造车必须获得国家发改委的核准。而要想获得批准,力帆不仅要在三年内要实现20亿以上的累计投资,还需要有自己独立的研究机构和5亿以上的研发投入。这一政策使力帆试图获取轿车“准生证”的目的落空。据《重庆晨报》报道,力帆的老板尹明善曾求助李书福、长安汽车、一汽等各方,甚至愿以“力帆汽车公司20%股份,换得共享他们的轿车牌照”,但均以失败告终。
2005年3月30日,力帆520在重庆车展首发亮相,并宣称“有望在8月前后上市”,但是到了8月却依旧杳无音讯。时间到了2005年10月,随着中共十六届五中全会召开,中央明确提出要鼓励自主创新,力帆终于等到了机会。2005年12月19日,力帆520获得了“准生证”。2006年1月19日,力帆520举办了全球同步上市发布会,并公布基本型国内售价为77777元;

After china joined the WTO in 2001 ,the markrt of private car has been develop fast,Lifan is hoping to get a piece of cake as a motorcycle fcactory. So, in August 2003, Lifan bought 80% shares of Chongqing Special vehicle Factory for the purpose of get production qualification. Lifan positioned its first product as a cost-effective family compact car, The exterior of the car was developed by Tj Innova Engineering & Technology (the largest independent car design company in China), the chassis uses Citroen's "Adaptive rear wheel System" , and the engine uses the 1.6L Tritec engine as the MINI used (designed by Chrysler-Rover ally and made in Brazil).
December 15, 2004, the first lifan 520 finish production. Unfortunately, in 2004, the National Development and Reform Commission issue a "Automobile Industry Development Policy", according this,lifan must obtain the "Birth Permit" from the NDRC if they want to build cars independently. In order to got it, Lifan not only needs to achieve a cumulative investment of more than 2 billion yuan in three years, but also need to have its own independent research institute and more than 500 million yuan in reseach and development. This policy foiled Lifan's attempt to obtain a "Birth Permit" for cars. According to the Chongqing Morning Newspaper, Lifan's boss Yin Mingshan tried to persuade Li Shufu, Changan Automobile, FAW to share their license ,even exchange 20 percent of lifan's shares, but all failed.
On March 30, 2005, Lifan made its debut at the Chongqing Auto Show and declared that it was expected to be sold in August, but there was still no news in August. In October 2005, with the "Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee" held, the central government clearly proposed to encourage independent innovation, Lifan finally got the opportunity. On December 19, 2005, Lifan 520 obtained the "Birth Permit" evently . On January 19, 2006, Lifan 520 held a global simultaneous launch conference, and announced that the basic model of the price of 77777 yuan;
